Nueco Approval-ready: Technical Preview
NDIS's own auditor found that only about 0.02% of claims get checked before they're paid. That job already sits with you, whether anyone told you so or not. Most invoicing tools sell you a percentage: 90% accurate, 70% touchless. This one shows the reason behind every pass and every flag, in plain language, so if a claim is ever questioned, you're not reconstructing why it went through. You already know. Nothing here approves or pays anything. That's still you, every time.
Pick a support item, or load an example.
Every invoice needs the same four checks, and none of them need a person, until one fails. Typing details in by hand is where the day actually goes. Upload a provider invoice PDF here and it pulls out the item codes, quantities and totals for you, ready to check below.
Upload your invoice line items directly, or let the PDF step above fill this in for you. Catches what usually gets found too late: a line paid twice, a category already over budget, a claim ageing past the point NDIS will still pay it. Everything runs in your own browser. Nothing leaves it, except the invoice text sent to Claude when you use the PDF step.
Duplicate checking uses provider + participant reference + item + date, matched against every line checked in this browser this session (including the single-line tool above).
Every line checked in this browser this session.
Duplicate detection catches a line you'd otherwise pay twice, then have to chase back. Submission-window tracking flags a claim before it ages past the point NDIS will still pay it, so a provider isn't left waiting for money that never comes. The category-budget check stops a claim going through when a participant's funding in that category is already spent, so nobody finds out the hard way at month's end. That last one needs a real number from your own system. This preview only ever uses what you type in. It has no connection to any actual participant's plan.
Reading a PDF and guessing what each line means is a judgment call, not a lookup. That's genuinely uncertain, which is why it uses Claude instead of a fixed rule. Treat every extracted line as a first draft. Check it in the mapping step before running the checks, the same way you'd check a junior team member's data entry. This is also the only part of this preview that sends anything elsewhere: the file is read in your browser, then its text goes to a Nueco endpoint and on to Anthropic to be interpreted. Keep that in mind before trying it on a real invoice with a participant's name still on it.
It can't tell you whether a support actually happened, only whether the paperwork adds up. It never gives a final answer by itself: a flagged line waits for someone to look at it, and even a clean line still needs your team's sign-off before anything gets paid.
NDIS's own auditor found that only about 0.02% of claims get checked before they're paid. My Plan Manager, MyIntegra and Careview already automate most of the individual checks that catch what falls through that gap, and do it well. None of them show you the reasoning behind a decision the way this does. That's the bet here. Not being first to automate, but being the one whose answer you can hand straight to an auditor without translating it first.
Item codes and price limits: a hand-picked slice of 17 items from the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27 (version 1.2, effective 1 July 2026), published by the NDIA. Seventeen is enough to show every check firing, and nowhere near the full schedule, so expect codes you use every day to come back unmatched. Everything else, the plan window, the invoice figures, comes from whatever you type in. This preview has no connection to any real participant or provider system.
This is a preview built to be argued with. If a check fired when it shouldn't have, missed something obvious, or the reasoning read as nonsense on a real invoice, that's the most useful thing you could send us. Leave an email and we'll follow up as it gets built for real.
