NDIS Pilot Program

Your notes. Done before you're out of the carpark.

Just talk, the way you already would to a colleague. No typing, no forms, no app to fill in mid-visit. Nueco turns your words into a compliant NDIS record while you're still in the car, not after dinner, not on Sunday, not three weeks behind.

Every week you put this off is another five-plus hours you don't get back.

The backlog doesn't take a day off.

Not in theory. Here's one specific Tuesday.

3:40pm

Fourth session of the day wraps up. You're already reaching for the same phrase you've written three times already, hoping it's not in this file twice.

8:15pm

You finally sit down to write it up. The specific words from this morning's session are already gone, all that's left is the general shape of what happened.

9:52pm

Four notes still open in another tab. That's on top of the five-plus hours this week already spent writing, not seeing clients.

Sunday

The backlog from Tuesday's still there. It never fully clears, no matter how early in the week you start.

If this Tuesday sounds familiar, you already know what it's costing you.

How you get the evening back

Three steps. No new habit to learn.

1

Just talk. Nothing to type or fill in

Describe the session in your own words, while it's still fresh, during the visit or straight after. No forms, no fields, no app to open mid-visit, and no details fading by the time you'd normally sit down to write it.

2

Nueco structures it while you drive

Your own words become a properly formatted progress note, not a paraphrase of them. Anything unclear gets flagged for you to confirm, not silently guessed at.

3

Review, confirm, done

A 30-second check, and the record's filed before you've reached the next client's driveway.

Built for the audit you'll never see coming

Every note is built the same way, every time: your words captured, anything inferred clearly marked, and nothing finalised until you've confirmed it. That's not an AI feature. It's the same standard of care you'd apply writing it yourself, just faster.

You're always the last check

Every note stops at the same review step before it's finalised, not just when something looks risky. Nothing files itself, ever.

Your words stay yours

If it's something you said, it reads that way. If a detail was inferred to fill a gap, that's marked too, never quietly blended in as fact.

Nothing leaves your phone unencrypted

Processing happens on-device. Client conversations aren't sitting on a server somewhere waiting to be a headline.

Built to NDIA's requirements, not bolted on after

Aligned to the current NDIA Cyber Security Requirements from the ground up, not retrofitted once they became mandatory.

Who's building this

Rio - Founder of Nueco

Hi, I'm Rio. I've spent close to a decade as a product designer on regulated, high-stakes products: healthtech at Bupa, sports platforms at PlayHQ. My own son was diagnosed with ADHD and high-functioning autism, and I've sat in on years of occupational therapy sessions that helped him learn to connect with others. I've seen firsthand how much that work matters, and how much of it gets swallowed by paperwork instead of the people it's meant for. You can find me on LinkedIn if you'd like to say hello or check my background. Nueco is still early, and I'd genuinely love to build it with you rather than guess at what you need from the outside. If you join the pilot, I'll be right there setting it up with you, not a support ticket, an actual conversation.

A few things worth asking upfront

Before you'd trust this with a client conversation, you'd want straight answers to these.

Does it record without the client knowing?

No. The client is told a session is being captured, the same way you'd tell them you're taking written notes. If that's not appropriate in a given moment, you can turn it off and dictate a summary afterwards instead. The workflow doesn't require recording to still be useful.

What if there's no signal where I'm working?

Processing happens on-device, so a dead zone in someone's home doesn't stop the note from being built. It syncs once you're back in range. Nothing is lost waiting for connectivity.

What happens if the note gets something wrong?

You review and confirm before anything is finalised. Nothing files itself without you seeing it first. If something needs correcting after the fact, it's added as a timestamped addendum rather than silently overwritten, so the original and the correction are both always visible.

Can I edit the note before it's finalised?

Yes. The review step is a normal part of the flow, not an optional extra. Think of it as a 30-second check, not a rewrite.

What does it cost after the pilot?

Pricing isn't finalised yet. Pilot access is free with no card required, and pilot participants will hear about pricing before anyone else, with plenty of notice before anything changes.

Can I stop using it whenever I want?

Yes. No contract, no lock-in. You can go back to your current workflow at any point, no explanation needed.

What happens to my notes if I stop using it?

You can export everything you've captured before you leave. If you'd rather it be deleted from Nueco entirely, that's your call to make, not something you need to negotiate for.

Who's responsible if a note causes a problem?

You review and confirm every note before it's finalised, so you're always the last check before it becomes a record, the same as if you'd typed it yourself. That's exactly why the review step exists, and why it's never skippable.
