For NDIS Support Coordinators

Every call. Every commitment. Never lost in a notebook again.

Nueco turns your calls and conversations with families, participants and providers into structured contact notes, with follow-ups tracked automatically, not buried in a paragraph.

The problem

The call ends. The commitment shouldn't disappear with it.

01

Follow-ups get lost

"I'll check the budget and get back to you by Friday" said out loud on a call rarely makes it into a system where anyone, including you, will see it again before Friday.

02

Hearsay reads as fact

What a parent told you and what you personally observed are different kinds of information. Once they're both just "notes," that distinction quietly disappears.

03

Recording raises questions

You can't just record a call because it's convenient. Consent is an obligation you have to actively manage, not a box to tick after the fact.

How it works

A conversation, not a session, captured that way.

Support coordination isn't therapy sessions linked to goals. It's who was contacted, why, and what was promised. Nueco is built around that shape from the first step.

1

Consent, first

Before any call is recorded, Nueco asks the other person for consent, read aloud or shown on screen, so both sides hear it. Nothing records silently.

2

Capture, either way

If they agree, the call is transcribed live, both speakers separated. If they decline, Nueco falls back to a post-call reflection: you talk it through afterwards instead.

Path A · live transcript Path B · post-call reflection
3

Review, not rubber-stamp

Nueco drafts the purpose, discussion summary, decision and follow-up. Anything it inferred rather than heard directly is visibly flagged, so you confirm it, or correct it, before it goes anywhere.

4

A tracked record

The note is timestamped and attested. Any open commitment becomes a visible task for the wider team, not a sentence someone has to remember was there.

Trust & compliance

Built for the record an auditor actually wants to see.

Not a promise of compliance: specific, visible mechanics that hold up under scrutiny.

Consent is part of the record

The consent exchange itself is logged with the note, not just "a modal was shown." If the call proceeds unrecorded, that's logged too.

Reported speech stays reported

"Per parent report" stays distinct from what you personally observed. The record never quietly upgrades hearsay into fact.

Explicit attestation

Every note requires a human "I confirm this reflects the call" before submission. Who attested it, and when, is always visible, nothing goes out generated but unreviewed.

Corrections, never overwrites

Need to fix something after submission? It's added as a timestamped addendum. The original record is never silently edited.

Questions

Before you ask

No. Nueco doesn't replace Splose, ShiftCare or your CRM. It handles the part they don't: turning a conversation into a structured, attested note, with the follow-up tracked.
No. Recording only starts once the other person has agreed, and that agreement is shown or read aloud before the call begins. If they decline, Nueco switches to a post-call reflection instead, same structured note, no recording made.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to your organisation. Full details on data handling and hosting are available on request during early access.
You add an addendum: a new, timestamped entry attached to the original note. The original record itself is never edited or deleted, so there's always a clear history of what was said and when it was corrected.
Right now, contact notes from calls and conversations: capturing purpose, discussion, decision and follow-up. If you need something specific beyond that, tell us in early access and we'll factor it into the roadmap.
Nueco is in early access for support coordinators, so pricing isn't finalised. Join the list and we'll share pricing before your region opens up, no card required now.
